Rights of use.  Individual subscribers (residents and pathologists) are entitled only to reproduce materials for their own educational benefit.  Distribution to non-subscribers is strictly prohibited.  PathMD relies on the ethical behavior of its subscribers to maintain a high level of quality at no cost to medical professionals.  Violation will result in cancellation of subscription.  Residency Program subscriptions have the right to distribute material to residents of their respective programs only.  The content of the PathMD: Board Review Letter is not meant for clinical decision making, and is not a substitute for proper evaluation of reference texts and review of current medical literature.
